Metropolitan Newsletter - Week of May 21, 2022

Grace and peace as we continue to celebrate the resurrection in this season of Easter, may you continue to experience God's inexhaustible love.

During the weekend, we invite you to join us in worship in the sanctuary or online. Our Sixth Sunday of Easter worship begins at 9:30 am with Sunday Meditations with Rev. Dr. Shively Smith and Dr. Dana Williams at 9 am.

During the week, Morning Meditations with Metropolitan continue at 7 am Monday through Friday, Men's Prayer Call at 7:30 am on Monday, and Noonday and Pastor’s Study at noon and 7 pm continue on Wednesday.

For our study, we are in dialogue with Dr. Judy Fentress-Williams' Holy Imagination: A Literary and Theological Introduction to the Whole Bible. You're invited to join the study and conversation as we contemplate scripture and its implications as we engage in the world. Sessions are on Zoom, Facebook, and YouTube and replays are available each week. If you would like to purchase the book, you can find it at Bookshop, Target, and on Amazon.

Worship with us every Sunday on Facebook & YouTube, and on our website.
Need to join via phone? You can dial in for audio-only at 1-929-205-6099, 975804722.
