“If God is for us, who can be against us”
Roman 8:31 NRSVUE
Fourteenth Day After Christmas
There has been so much going on in our world today. Countries are being destroyed for power,
land, and money. People are being killed for no reason at all. Our people (young and old) are
using guns illegally. People are being car jacked and their personal items are being stolen. Our
leaders are not putting forth an effort to stop these incidents from occurring.
According to my scripture reference, regardless of what the government is not doing, and even
when people are not feeling safe, “if God is for us, who can be against us.” We, as the people,
need to have the strength and believe. God is with us and will not forsake us.

Prayer: Dear God, we stand in the need of prayer. Nothing can come between God and his love
for us. No matter what happens, God will provide and intercede for us. Amen
